Our Services

We are fully transparent in our projects. If we aren’t improving the quality of your home and increasing energy efficiency, then we won’t accept the job.

A properly insulated home is one of the most cost-effective ways to increase your energy efficiency. It helps to maintain consistent temperatures throughout your home by reducing heat loss in the winter and heat gains in the summer.

Air Sealing

In an average-sized home, the combined surface areas of small cracks, crevices, bypasses and holes would equal the cold air let in by a medium-sized open window.

Heating and cooling your home together account for nearly 32% of your home’s energy usage according to the Department of Energy. No matter what kind of heating system you have in your house, you can save money and increase your comfort by properly maintaining and upgrading your equipment.

Before moving forward with an attic insulation project, it is important to determine the type and R-value of any existing insulation.

A home assessment will show you how the insulation in your home’s attic, walls and crawl spaces prevents heat loss and compares to today’s standards. Our experts will provide a detailed report of areas in your attic, walls and crawlspaces where insulation can be added to improve your home’s energy efficiency. Some additional benefits are:

  • Consistent indoor temperatures between rooms
  • Decreased drafts
  • Reduced Noise
  • Prevents moisture condensation

Our experts will guide you in how to prioritize your upgrades and make smart decisions on where to invest your home improvement dollars.

The best part is that many rebates and incentives are available through your utility company to possibly offset the cost. Get started today.

Air Sealing

Air leaks aren’t limited to windows, doors and walls. Air can travel through cavities between interior and exterior surfaces until it finds an outlet. These indirect leaks, often found in attics and basements, can be the largest source of energy waste in your home. The end result? You feel drafts and see higher energy bills.

Because you cannot always see the air leak, taking advantage of an energy assessment will determine the current condition of your home using state-of-the-art tests, including thermal imaging and a blower door test, to evaluate the air leakage of your home. Our experts will provide a detailed report of the airflow in your home and where you can seal the airflow in your home and ultimately, save on your energy.

Often times, it is simple fixes that you can do but our experts are available to help you tackle the larger problems. The best part is that many rebates and incentives are available through your utility company to possibly offset the cost. Get started today

HVAC Upgrades

As you consider upgrades to heating and cooling equipment, you should consider the effect on all areas of the house to maximize energy savings and ensure health and safety. A home energy assessment evaluates your entire home’s energy usage using state-of-the-art tests, including thermal imaging and a blower door test. Our building science experts will provide a detailed report for your home and recommend upgrades to lower your energy bills and enhance the comfort of your home.
