Mark is a natural problem solver and was inspired to start Elite AEW to permanently impact lives in a positive way. As an industry expert, he worked for Lowe’s as a Corporate Account Executive and specialized in developing relationships and providing solutions for mid to large commercial customers . He was encouraged to expand his expertise by offering a comprehensive approach to improving a building’s energy efficiency through energy assessments and restoration services. Over the years, has been continually amazed at the trajectory of growth Elite AEW has experienced in both the residential and commercial space.
He is motivated by the ability to do something that he loves all while changing lives and saving the environment. He has increased the energy efficiency of thousands of homes with the assistance of his partners and team, helping people live more comfortably and saving them money. Integrity has been the primary driver in forming the culture and legacy of the company, which he attributes to Elite AEW’s success.
Spending time with his wife camping and mountain biking is how he unwinds from his busy work schedule.
MIKE S
As Lead Sales Assessor, Mike works to promote a winning team atmosphere. In addition to drafting project proposals and performing energy assessments, he enjoys setting his team up for daily success. He uses his experience to be a motivating force that focuses on improvement through customer service, productivity, quality control, and continual growth.
He is personally motivated when he helps a customer improve their home’s energy efficiency and increases their overall comfort. At the end of the day, he finds pleasure in leaving them impressed with Elite AEW team’s expertise, professionalism, cleanliness, and punctuality.
Outside of work, he leads an active lifestyle that includes exercising, hiking and spending time with his family and rescue animals.
