Mark Rich

Mark is a natural problem solver and was inspired to start AEW to permanently impact lives in a positive way. As an industry expert, he worked for Lowe’s as a Corporate Account Executive and specialized in developing relationships and providing solutions for mid to large companies that included national energy efficiency companies. He was encouraged to expand his expertise by offering a comprehensive approach to decreasing a building’s energy reliance through analysis and assessments services. Over the years, has been continually amazed at the trajectory of growth AEW has experienced in both the residential and commercial space.

He is motivated by the ability to do something that he loves all while changing lives and saving the environment. He has increased the energy efficiency of thousands of homes with the assistance of the entire AEW team, helping people live more comfortably and saving them money. Integrity has been the primary driver in forming the culture and legacy of the company, which he attributes to AEW’s success.

Jeff joined AEW as a sales manager with the goal of learning the business from the ground up, working alongside our energy assessors and gaining a deeper understanding of the home performance industry. Through his leadership, commitment to team development, and customer-first approach, Jeff has quickly become an important part of our continued growth.

With a background in retail and multi-store management, Jeff brings years of experience in leadership, strategic planning, and building strong teams. His values align closely with the foundation of AEW—integrity, service, and doing what’s right for both customers and employees.

I responded to an insert in my MetEd bill to have a home energy audit done as a way to save money on my electric bill. The audit was performed thoroughly and professionally by Tyler R. He went over my entire house and explained what AEW could do to remediate the ways that energy was escaping through the ceiling and the basement. The entire team, from the audit to the installers, were professional, courteous, and knowledgable throughout the entire process. It was a very satisfying experience!

Our home was built in 1971 and it was very insufficient. AEW insulated the edge of the foundation in the basement, insulated and sealed the crawl space, added additional cellulose insulation in the attic and caulking in our family room. Our consultant/assessor, Tyler R., was professional and worked with us to accomplish what was needed and what we were willing to spend. Ryan, the team lead that managed the install, called us as they left the office to let us know they were on there way (nice touch). Ryan and his team were polite and answered all the questions we had, and they did a nice job of clean up each day. I would not hesitate to recommend AEW. Job very well done!
